Squash speghetti and turkey sauce with mixed green salad!
cook spaghetti squash (whole) in microwave for 8 min to soften the skin. cut lengthwise in half and scrape out seeds. place in glass dish, skin side up, cover in saran-wrap and microwave another 7-8min. remove and scrape out insides with fork...it comes out in the shape of noodles!!
